We ship ground unless an email is sent with your desired shipping method to orders@trinklerproduction.com within 1 hour of placing your order. If expedited freight is needed, we will email a cost with a link to pay through PayPal the additional freight charges. When shipping large items shipping charges are subject to change. All inventory items will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment for your order unless otherwise notified.
Returns
- As a valued customer, we would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange for an equal valued product within 30 days from your purchase date. The item must be returned in new condition. Trinkler Production has the right to return to you the original product you purchased if physical damage has occurred.
